Captágua was established in 1978 as a company specializing in water supply, assembly and maintenance of pumps, based in Vagos, Aveiro District.
In 2005, a new dynamic in the company emerges that, while continuing to meet its customers’ needs, keeps its concern the preservation of water resources. Captágua then starts a new headquarter in Ortigosa, Leiria and opens new branches in Vagos, Aveiro district and Carregueira, Chamusca, Santarém district.
Currently, Captágua maintains as it’s primary business activity water drilling, authorized by the permit LA013125.2021.RH4A, attributed to public and private companies, private individuals, agriculture and industry.
In a close collaboration with Tubofuro, Captágua promotes it’s own growth by exploring new markets, both foreign and domestic, presenting new technological solutions that ensure maximum drilling capacity given a specific type of soil, location and elevation.
